As promised you have just received additional FREE TIPS
to keep in mind when preparing your case for litigation.

It is very important to REMAIN FOCUSED in all of your
writings to include your complaint, pleadings, motions,
and responses. And, stay up on the calendar deadlines
for your filings.  Additionally, keep these thoughts in
mind....

§ INTIMIDATION by a flood of motions and pleadings from
the opposing party is usually the best way to confuse
the pro se litigant to disclose more information than
necessary for a decision to be made.  This tactic usually
costs an uninformed litigant his case.

§ DECISIONS are made based upon what is presented during
oral arguments in court rather than the written word
except in appeals where decisions can be made "on brief."
This is where the pro se party has a chance to win
through the written word.

§ STRATEGIES that win - stick to the rules of law and the
question before the court.  It is not necessary to bring
extraneous facts before the panel of judges.  Just
present those facts that have meaning to the questions
presented.

§ ATTORNEYS charge fees for providing legal advise when
retained by a plaintiff or a defendant.  Sometimes they
work on a percentage contingency.  That is!  When they
think you will win.

(Most times, they will take your money, $1,000.00's, to
give you the legal edge at the trial or hearing.  And,
"I've had attorneys who almost lost the case until I gave
them a script to read to the court.")

§ CHAMBERS is where judge's and lawyers meet to discuss
the potentials of the case and anticipated remuneration.
Neither judges nor lawyers like to discuss the
disposition of settlements with pro se litigants because
pro se-ers usually do not negotiate well on behalf of the
other parties involved.

§ KEEP in mind that the American Bar Association frowns
on attorneys who help pro se litigants.

§ JUDGES, you must remember, were formerly lawyers, who
got "promoted" (appointed or elected) because of their
discretionary judgment skills.  They always suggest that
you retain a lawyer.

(Mainly for the benefits of having their colleagues prepare the facts of Law and application of law)
